It's really amazing how flexible and versatile my range of cous cous can be.
Salads, starters, snacks and supersonic meals are all possible... and if you don't believe me, you really haven't been taking enough notice of my fabulous Recipe Gallery, have you?
But inside of all of us there's a chef trying to get out. Go on, surprise yourself by inventing your own Ainsleyesque cous cous recipe.
To set you off we have come up with a new and exciting idea. Our current competition theme is 'DESSERTS', so you can really allow your sweet imagination to run riot.
Recipes are never carved in stone, so feel free to improvise. As long as you include a product from the Ainsley Harriott Cous Cous range you're in with a chance to win a personally signed photograph and a copy of my latest recipe book. Your winning desserts will also be featured in my recipe gallery.
