
IT'S THE UPPER CRUST... - Serves 4
SAGE & ONION CRUSTED PORK WITH APPLE
Ingredients
- 1 x 150g carton Ainsley Harriott Scrumptious Sage & Onion Cous Cous Stuffing
- 4 large boneless trimmed pork chops
- 1-2 thinly sliced apples
Method
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Make up Cous Cous Stuffing as directed on the pack from steps 2-5. Leave to cool.
Place pork chops on a baking tray.
Cover surface of pork chop with sliced apple.
Press prepared stuffing on top covering all the apple.
Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes or until pork juices run clear.
TO SERVE: Serve with Ainsley Harriott Chicken Gravy.
