Prepare the Ainsley Harriott Singapore Aromatic Spice Rice according to packet instructions, and keep to one side with lid on. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients and set aside
Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, add the pork strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden, then remove the pork with a slotted spoon onto a plate
Return the wok to the heat add a little more oil & the garlic, then after 30 seconds throw in the broccoli and spring onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Return the pork to the wok pour over the sauce ingredients, and then stir and cook for 2-3 minutes more until thickened
Divide rice onto plates with the pork and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
