Our Caribbean-style roti mix for an easy and tasty side to serve with your Caribbean curries and stews.

Preparation
- To prepare 1 x sachet Ainsley Roti Mix, you will need: 160ml cold water | vegetable oil for coating and frying
- Combine the roti mix & water to form a rough dough then knead for 5 mins, return to the bowl, cover & allow to rest for 15 mins
- Divide dough into 4 & roll out to approx. 18cm rounds, lightly coat the top with oil, fold in half, then half again & then roll to form a ball
- Roll the balls out again (18cm rounds), heat 1 tsp of oil until it just starts to smoke lightly, fry the roti for 40-50 seconds on either side until lightly golden brown
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only
