Traditional Caribbean Dumpling Mix
A traditional Caribbean dumpling mix for the perfect tasty dumplings every time. Delicious served with jerk or fried chicken/veggies or as a side for Caribbean curries and stews.

Preparation
- To prepare 1 x sachet Ainsley Caribbean Dumpling Mix, you will need: 120g chilled water | oil for deep frying
- Combine the dumpling mix & water to form a smooth batter
- In a medium pan (or deep fat fryer) heat 2-3 inches vegetable oil to 180 °C
- With a tablespoon, spoon the dumpling mix into the oil 4 at a time & fry for approx. 3 mins until golden brown
- Repeat this process until all of the mix is used up (approx. 12 dumplings).
