Charred Honey Mustard-Glazed Potatoes
You can roast potatoes from raw on the barbecue, but they take a while to cook through. So why not pre-boil them for speediness and wonderful results in this simple recipe? If you don’t have a BBQ you can always char them under the grill for a similar effect.
Pre-heat the grill or barbecue. Mix together the mustard, honey and soy sauce. Toss the potatoes in the mustard mixture and thread them onto skewers. Cook on the barbecue, or under a medium-hot grill, for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred crisp and golden brown.
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 400g new potatoes, boiled in their skins
