Mild Jerk Ribs
These jerk ribs may take a little time to make, but they’re easy and so worth it! Of course, if you want to spice things up try serving with our Ainsley Hot Pepper Sauce! Great for a Friday night meal with friends and family.
Method
Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 3 hours
In a bowl mix the ribs with the oil & seasoning and mix thoroughly until evenly coated. Pour the water into an ovenproof dish, add the ribs, cover tightly with foil & place in the oven for 2 ½ hrs.
Remove foil and bake for a further 30 mins. Enjoy with a side of coleslaw, corn or try our Traditional Caribbean Dumplings.
