Veggie Lunch Bowls

Veggie lunch bowls are so easy and deliciously satisfying with our Ainsley Couscous.

Try adding your favourite vegetables or salad ingredients and jazz it up with a tasty dressing – we love fresh avocado dressing made by whisking mashed avocado with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic.

Also great with crispy spiced tofu – just toss the diced tofu in a little ground cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and lightly fry before adding to your veggie bowl.
