The brand-new ten-part series will air from 3rd January 2026 on ITV. The series leads viewers on a gastronomic tour of the capital Nassau and neighbouring Paradise Island, from its reefs and mangroves to its aquaponic farms.
Following the nation’s chefs, farmers, fishermen and artisans, the series not only portrays the vivacity of The Bahamas’ culinary culture, but its vibrant crafts and festivals. So, join Ainsley as he explores the very best of food and drink from across Nassau & Paradise Island.
