Lemon, Mint & Parsley Couscous
Tangy & fresh with lemon and mint with a hint of turmeric and pepper. Perfect with fish, chicken or tossed through with salad vegetables.

- Place the contents of the sachet into a bowl
- Add 160ml of BOILING water, stir well and cover the bowl with a lid
- Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water
- Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains
- Serve immediately
