Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for 1 minute until smooth. Pour over ice cubes and drink immediately.


  • 225g mixed strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 150g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • ice cubes, to serve
