Tasty vegetables, sunflower seeds, mixed spices and a chilli kick – perfect with lamb or roasted pumpkin.

- Just add boiling water

- Place the contents of the sachet into a bowl
- Add 160ml of BOILING water, stir well and cover the bowl with a lid
- Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water
- Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains
- Serve immediately
