Cooked long grain brown rice, couscous, pearl barley and black beans with the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean. Perfect with grilled chicken or fish or try tossing through some chopped mango and avocado for a delicious salad (try our Island Salad recipe!)

Preparation

  1. Knead the pouch to separate the grains
  2. Tear the top of the pouch by 2cm
  3. Place in a microwave and heat on full power for 60 seconds
  4. Empty the pouch, fluff the grains with a fork
  5. Otherwise heat in a pan with a dash of water or add to your favourite recipe straight from the pack!
