Preparation
- Knead the pouch to separate the grains
- Tear the top of the pouch by 2cm
- Place in a microwave and heat on full power for 60 seconds
- Empty the pouch, fluff the grains with a fork
- Otherwise, heat in a pan with a dash of water or add to your favourite recipe straight from the pack
