Ultimate Jamaican Jerk Meal Kit
A great way to create the ultimate Caribbean Jerk Chicken meal at home. Each meal kit contains our Zingy Jerk Paste and a Chilli & Mango Salsa for a quick and easy way to make a winning dinner for the family. This Jerk roasted chicken is full of Caribbean flavour and the kit is also great to use on salmon or white fish fillets.

Ingredients included: 1 sachet jerk paste | 1 sachet chilli & mango salsa

Preparation
- Roast Jerk Chicken – recipe suggestion
- You will need: 1 large chicken
- Score the breast & leg & rub 2/3 of the paste into the chicken & marinate for a minimum of 30 mins (for best results overnight)
- Roast the chicken – varying the roasting time according to the size of your chicken
- 5 mins before end of cook time coat with the remaining paste & return to the oven for the remaining 5 mins
- Once cooked allow to rest for 5 mins, carve & serve with the mango salsa
